Because Laurence Fontaine was not able to come to our country in March this year for the workshop Our Potential & our body, we decided to organize an online workshop of two hours. It was inspiring, full of important and interesting information and the exercises where in-depth and relaxing. We experienced Laurence really as an professional in knowledge of the body, in breath and our immune system. After this successful first experience we decided to offer a follow-up, because our body has a lot of work to do with Covid-19. More knowledge about our potential for self-healing ability and how we can stimulate this, is more than once important. The Our Potential & our body follow-up last May had the theme mind, breath and heart. A deepening in how to deal with trauma's and how we can use the potential of our body.
Theme of this third workshop is: The gut feeling and our second brain
Many of us have heard expressions like 'gut feeling', or 'I feel it in my gut' when we refer to our innate sense of what is good or not good for us. It is a way to speak about our intuition. The gut is the home of our second brain. When the core of our belly has integrity it supports our back (spine) and structure, mentally and physically. When we access and integrate our higher thinking with our instinctive nature we can develop a way to lead our life with greater reflection and ease.
In these times of uncertainty we are called to develop greater skills of self reliance and self trust, to make the choices that support Life in its many expressions. Let´s explore together the relationship we have with our bellies and learn ways to access its extraordinary sensitive and metabolic nature.
